Job summary

UW Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Hillside Manor. The role supports resident-centered care, providing compassionate services including vitals, medications, and monitoring for elderly residents in a hospital-affiliated facility.

Part-time, 36 hours per week, with every-other weekend and holiday rotations. Sign-on bonus up to $3,000 pro-rated for external hires; excellent benefits and flexible scheduling options are offered.

Qualifications

• Certificate from accredited Practical Nurse Program Required
• High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred
• 1 year of experience as an LPN Preferred

Job description

Work Schedule :

Part-time, 90% FTE (36 hours per week). Hours are 6:30 am - 3:00 pm. Position requires every other weekend and every other holiday rotation. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Pay :

UW Health offers a competitive compensation package. Work experience that is relevant to the position will be taken into consideration when determining the starting base pay. External hires may be eligible for up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).
