UW Health Beaver Dam is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Hillside Manor. This part-time role (36 hours per week) offers flexibility in hours and responsibilities including vitals, medication administration, and resident support.

Qualifications include a Wisconsin Practical Nurse license upon hire, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a Practical Nurse certificate. One year of LPN experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certificate from accredited Practical Nurse program required.

Work Schedule

Part-time, 90% FTE (36 hours per week). Hours are to be determined. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Pay

UW Health offers a competitive compensation package. Work experience that is relevant to the position will be taken into consideration when determining the starting base pay. External hires may be eligible for up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).
