Job summary

UW Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Hillside Manor. The role focuses on resident-centered care, respecting each resident's choices and dignity. You will provide compassionate care, take vitals, administer medications and monitor residents, while supporting families.

Job description

Work Schedule:

Part-time, 90% FTE (36 hours per week). Hours are 6:30 am - 3:00 pm. Position requires every other weekend and every other holiday rotation. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Pay:

UW Health offers a competitive compensation package. Work experience that is relevant to the position will be taken into consideration when determining the starting base pay. External hires may be eligible for up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).

Qualifications
