Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (Mental Health) at Santa Rosa Correctional Institution Annex in Milton, FL. You will deliver holistic nursing care under supervision of RNs and psychiatry staff to incarcerated patients, focusing on behavioral and physical health needs.

Required LPN license in Florida, CPR certification, and a high school diploma or GED. Experience in mental health is preferred; ability to obtain required clearances is necessary for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in CPR (CPR).
• Experience working in mental health preferred.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.

We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Santa Rosa Correctional Institution- Annex located in Milton, Florida.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Mental Health) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Experience working in mental health preferred
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Available Shift:

Days, 7AM-7:30PM; rotating weekends
