The ideal candidate holds an LPN license, CPR certification, and may have experience in mental health; ability to obtain security clearance is required. Shift is days, with weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required and current.
• Experience in mental health is preferred and beneficial.

Responsabilités

We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Wakulla Correctional Institution- RCC located in Crawfordville, Florida.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Mental Health) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Experience working in mental health preferred
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Available Shift: Days, 7AM-7:30PM; rotating weekends
