Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team at Madison Correctional Institution in Madison, FL. The LPN provides holistic nursing care under the direction of RNs and medical staff for incarcerated patients.

This per diem position requires an active Florida LPN license (or eligibility), CPR certification, and the ability to obtain a security clearance including drug screen and background check. Two weeks of training are required.

We are currently seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Madison Correctional Institution located in Madison, Florida.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Shift: Per Diem

• *Two full weeks of training required*

Qualifications

• Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
