Avant Rehabilitation & Care Center in Trenton, NJ is hiring an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with LTC experience to join our compassionate team across all shifts. We offer premium pay, DailyPay, generous PTO, comprehensive health coverage, and an employee-focused environment.

The successful candidate will order medications, follow a care plan, perform wound care and treatments, document observations, and maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality while delivering safe, high-quality

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in New Jersey.
• Experience in LTC/Skilled Nursing preferred.
• Must be able to work in Trenton, NJ.
• Compassionate working with the geriatric population.

Responsibilities

• Order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment as needed.
• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with residents needs.
• Perform assigned duties including wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to resident.
• Maintain confidentiality and rights of residents, family members, employees, and facility information in compliance with HIPAA policies.
