Qualifications

• Must be able to work in Trenton, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment as needed.
• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with residents' needs.
• Perform wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to residents.
