Ocean Grove Rehab and Nursing in Millsboro, DE is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a Weekend Baylor Program to join our long-term care team.
Work 16 hours on Saturday and 16 hours on Sunday and be paid for 20 hours each day. Must work all Baylor shifts to qualify for Baylor pay; benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and daily pay availability.
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required).

- Provide nursing care to long-term care residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with care standards
