Wilson Medical Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Telemetry, delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment with a 1:5/6 nurse-to-patient ratio. This in-person role supports RNs and CNAs in med/surg and critical care monitoring.
Applicants must hold a current LPN license and provide a degree from an accredited nursing program. BLS is required within 30 days of hire, and about one year of experience is preferred.
Commitment Bonus: $7,500
Schedule: 3x12 (7p-7a) rotating weekends/rotating holidays

Join our 22-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Telemetry with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5/6. We are staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Monitor Techs providing care for patients for a mix of patients including Med/Surge. Our unit has 24/7 CNA coverage who work closely with the RNs as well as 24/7 cardiac monitoring. This role offers the opportunity to work in a face-paced environment with rapid patient turnover while delivering high-quality patient care in a strong team environment.
