Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago is seeking an LVN/LPN for telemetry care on nights, 7p–7:30a, with rotating weekends. You will provide direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and improved outcomes in a fast-paced intermediate care setting.

Requirements include a current LPN/LVN license, IV and BW certifications within 90 days, and BLS certification at hire. Night shift with full-time schedule and a $7,500 sign-on bonus are available.

Responsibilities

The LVN/LPN provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring clinical competence within the scope of practice in accordance with state requirements. In collaboration with the healthcare team, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LVN/LPN works to maintain safety, provide patient comfort and care and improve the overall patient experience in the telemetry setting.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $31.00 to $40.00.
