Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in our Behavioral Health - Adult Female Unit. This full-time role includes night shifts and offers a sign-on bonus alongside competitive compensation ranging from $31 to $40 per hour.

The successful candidate will have a relevant nursing qualification, experience preferred, and will be part of a team dedicated to improving patient outcomes while maintaining high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required.
• IV certification and Blood Withdrawal certification within 90 days of hire.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire.

Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring technical and manual skills, within the scope of practice, that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care, and meets the communication needs of the patient and family; Performs under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required.
3. IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification within 90 days of hire date.
4. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
5. Work experience in health care preferred.
