Job summary

Presbyterian Senior Living in Towson, MD is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our skilled nursing team on a PRN basis. This non-exempt, part-time role offers compensation from $30 to $34 per hour, based on experience, plus additional shift differentials; holidays and weekends alternate.

As part of PSL's mission-driven care, you will plan and provide resident care per physician orders, administer medications, perform assessments, participate in daily rounding, and may assist with IV

Qualifications

• Active Practical Nurse license in state of residency.
• Minimum one year experience in geriatric or long-term care.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to assess and communicate effectively with residents.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and provides care to residents according to physician orders and the Plan of Care.
• Administers medications and treatments.
• Performs resident assessments.
• Participates in daily resident rounding.
• May assist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents.
