Job summary

Ardent Health Services is seeking a Night shift, full-time Inpatient Specialty Respiratory Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Tulsa, OK. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care under supervision, ensuring age-appropriate care and compliance with governing standards.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing program degree, a valid Oklahoma LPN license, and will obtain BLS within 14 days of hire. This position emphasizes patient-centered care in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Valid LPN Oklahoma license.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for providing nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed independent practitioner.
• Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit.
• Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to collect data reflective of the patient’s status.
• Participate in the development, modification and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with HHS standards in order to deliver efficient, effective and high quality patient care.
• Expected to adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
