Hillcrest HealthCare System in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Night Shift, full-time Inpatient Specialty Respiratory Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). You will provide bedside nursing care under supervision and participate in care planning on the unit.

Qualified candidates must graduate from an accredited nursing program, hold a valid Oklahoma LPN license, and obtain BLS within 14 days of hire. This role emphasizes safe, age-appropriate patient care and adherence to nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Valid LPN Oklahoma license.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsabilités

• Accountable for providing nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed independent practitioner.
• Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit.
• Participate in the development, modification and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with HHS standards in order to deliver efficient, effective and high quality patient care.
• Expected to adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.

• Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to collect data reflective of the patient’s status.
