Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Tulsa, OK seeks a day shift, full-time Cardiology Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care under supervision. The LPN will work with the Oklahoma Heart Institute program, delivering age-appropriate nursing care and participating in care planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed independent practitioner.
• Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development appropriate to the age of patients served on the unit.
• Participate in development, modification and implementation of the care plan per standards to deliver high quality patient care.
• Adhere to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act rules and regulations.

• The LPN is to participate in the development, modification and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with HHS standards in order to deliver efficient, effective and high quality patient care.
• He/she is expected to adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act
