MercyOne Clive Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for night shifts to provide direct patient care and support rehabilitation programs. The role includes delivering treatments, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring quality patient outcomes in a state-of-the-art rehab setting.

This Full-Time position offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus with a 30-month commitment and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
• Current state license as Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Minimum six months of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• CPR/BCLS certification.
• IV Certification highly preferred or must be obtained within 6 months.

How you'll contribute

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, delivering treatments, assisting in assessments, and supporting interdisciplinary care planning in accordance with the patient's needs. Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. Develops nursing care plans in coordination with the patient, family, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. Communicates changes in the patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.

What we're looking for
