Job summary

Sedgebrook in Lincolnshire, IL, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse (PRN, non-exempt) for day, evening and night shifts. The role includes accurate clinical reporting, infection control, incident and abuse investigations, and on-call rotation as needed.

• Assists in direct resident care as necessary.
• Maintains accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered.
• Assures resident safety at all times.
• Keeps physician and family aware of change in resident's condition.

Sedgebrook is recruiting for a hospitality focused LPN & RN to join our team! The LPN & RN is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of clinical reports as directed by the DON, including but not limited to infection control, incident and abuse investigations, etc. This position will cover unit shifts as needed and participate in call rotation.
