Job summary

Radford Green at Sedgebrook is recruiting a hospitality-focused Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team. This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

Qualifications

• Illinois State approved CNA training program completed.
• Prior geriatric nursing aide experience preferred.
• Registration with Illinois State nurse aide registry required.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
• Gives treatments, performs tests, collects specimens as instructed.
• Reports and records observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and specimens when indicated.
• Transfers, transports and escorts residents as needed.
• Answers signal lights promptly.
• Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly.

Job description

Title: Certified Nurse Assistant

Work Status: Non-Exempt, PRN

Rate of Pay: SNF ($20 - 26 per hour, based on experience)

Shift Differential Pay: $1.50

Work Schedule: Every other Weekend; 3PM - 11PM
