Radford Green at Sedgebrook is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse / Registered Nurse (LPN/RN) for PRN shifts in Lincolnshire, IL. The role covers day, evening and night coverage, with a $1.50 shift differential for evenings and nights and a base rate of $40 per hour.

The LPN/RN will complete clinical reports, administer medications, provide resident care, maintain documentation, and ensure safety while participating in call rotation and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license valid in state worked required
• Willingness to be available for emergencies
• PRN availability for day/evening/night shifts

Sedgebrook is recruiting for a hospitality focused LPN & RN to join our team! The LPN & RN is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of clinical reports as directed by the DON, including but not limited to infection control, incident and abuse investigations, etc. This position will cover unit shifts as needed and participate in call rotation.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an LPN/RN:

• Administers medications.
• Administers treatments, including, but not limited to: dressings, catherization, suctioning, oxygen, etc.
• Assists in direct resident care as necessary.
• Maintains accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered.
• Assures resident safety at all times.
• Keeps physician and family aware of change in resident's condition.
