Job summary

Augusta Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to join our nursing team on the PM shift. Full-time evenings; competitive hourly wages: LPN $25.50/hr, RN $34.50/hr. Small, community-focused campus with emphasis on teamwork and personalized resident care.

We value dependable staff who communicate well and work with CNAs and other team members to monitor residents, administer meds, document care, and maintain a safe, respectful environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin LPN or RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

Position

Full-Time

PM Shift

LPN: $25.50/hr

RN: $34.50/hr

Every other weekend and rotating holidays

Nursing home experience preferred, but we're happy to talk with qualified candidates

What You'll Do

As an LPN/RN, you'll provide compassionate nursing care while working closely with residents, families, CNAs, and the rest of the care team.

Responsibilities include:

Providing direct nursing care and monitoring residents' needs

Administering medications and treatments

Completing accurate and timely documentation

Communicating changes in condition to the appropriate members of the care team

Working collaboratively with CNAs and other nursing staff

Building positive relationships with residents and families

Helping create a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for the people who call AHR home

What We're Looking For

Current Wisconsin LPN or RN license in good standing
