Beloit Health and Rehabilitation Center in Beloit, WI is seeking passionate LPNs to join our resident-focused care team. We offer AM, PM full-time shifts and NOC part-time shifts, with a $10,000 sign-on for PM shifts.

Join a supportive, dynamic environment committed to excellence and teamwork. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vitals, supporting care plans, and mentoring CNA staff while ensuring resident safety and comfort.
