Job summary

Suring Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time PM shift to join our resident-focused care team. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support care plans while guiding CNA staff in a collaborative setting.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, teamwork, and a passion for aging population care. New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply and grow within our supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Wisconsin
