Job summary

Absolute Hospice, Inc. is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our hospice team in Canton, Ohio. The role focuses on delivering hands-on care, clinical management, and education to patients and families in their homes and residences.

You will provide routine nursing visits, build relationships with patients and interdisciplinary teams, and continually assess patient needs while ensuring accurate documentation. Weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio LPN license.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Comfort with patient- and family-centered hospice care.
• Proficient with computer documentation.
