Job summary

Absolute Hospice, Inc. is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our hospice team in Canton, Ohio. The role focuses on hands-on care, clinical management, and education for patients and families in home or residence settings.

Responsibilities include nursing visits, assessments, care planning, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Must hold an Ohio LPN license with at least 2 years of nursing experience and have strong clinical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio LPN license.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
