Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for home health, PRN. You will provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes, helping them recover, manage chronic conditions, and stay safely at home.

You will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse and physician, administer medications, monitor conditions, educate patients and caregivers, and document care promptly. A valid LPN license and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license (state of practice).
• Experience in home health, hospice, long-term care, or clinical nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple patients.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse and physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

• Reinforce patient and caregiver education on medications, treatments, and disease management.
