Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for a PRN home health position in Plainview, Texas. You will deliver skilled, one-on-one nursing care to patients in their homes, helping them recover and remain safely at home.

Under RN and physician direction, you will administer medications, monitor conditions, educate patients and caregivers, and document care plans. A valid LPN license and transportation are required; prior home health or long-term care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license (state of practice).
• Previous home health, hospice, long-term care, or clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple patients.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
