Job summary

Entertimeonline is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes. This full-time role focuses on delivering skilled care, supporting recovery, and enabling patients to remain safely at home.

You will work under the direction of an RN/physician, administer medications, monitor conditions, educate patients and caregivers, and document care accurately in a home health setting.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license (state of practice).
• Previous home health, hospice, long-term care, or clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple patients.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
