Crossville Health and Rehabilitation in Crossville, AL, is seeking an LPN for a PRN position in our long-term care and rehabilitation setting. You will provide direct nursing care and collaborate with RNs, physicians, and therapy staff to support residents' health and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to support recovery goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation per facility policies and state/federal regulations.
• Provide education and emotional support to residents and families.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.

• Schedule: PRN (As Needed)
• Shift Options: Day or Night Shifts Available
• Pay: $27.60-$31.75/hr
• Shift Differentials:
• $2.00 Nights/Evenings
• $1.00 Weekend Days
• $3.00 Weekend Evenings/Nights
• Setting: Long-Term Care & Rehabilitation
• Benefits: PRN position (not benefits eligible)

Position Overview

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct nursing care to residents while collaborating with Registered Nurses, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Your clinical expertise and compassionate approach help ensure residents receive exceptional care every shift.
