Job summary

Hillcrest Manor Nursing Center in Oklahoma is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide high-quality care to geriatric residents. You will follow physician orders, document medical histories, and monitor vital signs while supporting patients and their families with compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current state LPN license.
• 1-year experience as an LPN in a community-based care setting preferred.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Follow state regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Follow physician orders and record assessment data for resident care.
• Record patient medical history accurately.
• Take and record blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.
• Observe patients to identify progress and medication side-effects.
• Document changes and notify physician and supervisor.
• Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas, etc., and assist with wounds.
• Collect samples for lab testing as assigned.
• Provide emotional support and communicate with families.
