The LPN is responsible for observing, recording, and reporting changes in the patient's condition, as well as assisting in developing and revising the patient-driven holistic care plan for life.

Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm.

Pay: Competitive salary with regular increases. Higher step rates may be considered based on qualifications or needs.

Paid Time Off: 37-50 days annually (including leave, sick leave, and holidays).

Parental Leave: Up to 12 weeks paid parental leave after 12 months of employment.

Basic Requirements
