$32.00 - $35.00 / Hour -(based upon experience) - PLUS additional shift Differential

Additional clinical premiums for experience!

Status/Shift: Part Time Day 6am-2:30pm; Evening 2pm - 10:30pm

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure required
• One year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred
• CPR certification required
  
• Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Plans, directs and provides care to residents according to physician orders and the Plan of Care.
• Administers medications and treatments.
• Performs resident assessments.
• Participates in daily resident rounding.
