Qualifications

This position is located at Sherwood Oaks, a Life Plan Community in Cranberry Township, PA. The hours are from 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. The position does include every other weekend.

What We Are Looking For

In our Personal Care Community we need LPNs who will plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate nursing care for a designated group of residents. Our LPNs are required to:

• Hold a current Pennsylvania LPN License in good standing
• Be able to effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members
