Luxor at Sayville Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team in Sayville. We are modernizing skilled nursing with a fresh approach and invite you to interview with our Administrator and Director of Nursing (DON).

The role involves caring for residents in our SNF and Long Term Care units, including medication administration and vital signs, with a focus on patient education and care coordination. Compensation is up to $42/hour.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license.
• Experience with medication administration and vital signs is preferred.
• Ability to supervise CNAs and coordinate with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
• Educate residents and families.
