Job summary

The Luxor at Sayville Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Sayville, NY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a growing team. The role involves direct patient care in our Skilled and Long Term Care units, administration of medications (including IVs), and collaborative care planning with physicians and nurses.

Applicants must hold a current LPN license and be prepared to participate in resident and family education, with supervision of CNAs.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license.

• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.

Responsibilities
