Job summary

Smith Village is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our geriatric care team in Illinois. This full-time role offers competitive pay starting at $34 per hour, plus a $2 per shift differential for PM hours and an additional 10% weekend differential on weekend hours.

You will perform assessments, dispense medications, and follow physician orders to ensure high-quality resident care. Required: LPN license in good standing in Illinois, strong computer skills, and a caring,
