• Full-time role (1.1FTE) 12 hours Day Shift 6am - 6pm shifts Rotating Weekends


• Full-time role (0.8FTE) 8 hours Mid-Shift 11:30am -7:30pm shifts Rotating Weekends (Admission Nurse)


• Part-Time role (0.6FTE) 8 hours PM Shift 2:30pm-10:30pm Rotating Weekends


• Part-Time role (0.6FTE) 8 hours overnight 10:30pm-6:30am Rotating Weekends

Starting Pay

• $34 per hour (Pay is based on previous experience)


• $2 PM/Night shifts differential


• 10% weekend pay differential for all shifts

What You Bring To The Table

• LPN License in good standing in Illinois


• Long-term Care experience (Preferred)

• Possess strong computer skills

Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing assessments and observations of the residents
