Job summary

Smith Senior Living in Chicago is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated nursing team. We are committed to providing top-quality care to our geriatric residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort.

The ideal candidates will have an LPN license in good standing in Illinois and a passion for compassionate care. Full-time and part-time roles are available with various shifts, including overnight and day shifts. Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing assessments and observations of the residents.
• Dispensing and recording of all medications accurately.
• Carrying out all physicians orders accurately.
• Ensures that the care of the residents from CNA's and nurse is delivered appropriately.

Job description

Starting Pay: $34 per hour (Pay is based on previous experience)

$2 PM/Night shifts differential

10% weekend pay differential for all shifts

Open Roles:

Full-time role (1.1FTE) 12 hours Overnight 6pm - 6am shifts Rotating Weekends

Full-time role (1.1FTE) 12 hours Day Shift 6am - 6pm shifts Rotating Weekends

Full-time role (0.8FTE) 8 hours Mid-Shift 11:30am - 7:30pm shifts Rotating Weekends (Admission Nurse)

Part-Time role (0.6FTE) 8 hours PM Shift 2:30pm-10:30pm Rotating Weekends

Part-Time role (0.6FTE) 8 hours overnight 10:30pm-6:30am Rotating Weekends
