Alternate Solutions Health Network is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) I to provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes under physician orders. The role follows RN-derived order sets and emphasizes education, documentation, and compliance with state regulations.
Part-time schedule: three days weekly, 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM, covering assigned geographic locations in Michigan. An active LPN license in the state and a valid driver’s license are required.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) I provides comprehensive skilled care as ordered by the attending physician by following the order sets created by the RNCM. The LPN I educates patients and their family members and ensures the safety of the patient. The LPN I is accountable for completing accurate documentation and remains compliant with all legal rules and regulations. The LPN I is responsible for all practices and duties within the scope of practice as outlined by the state.
