Continuing Healthcare at The Ridge is hiring a full-time Day Shift LPN or RN to join our resident-focused team in Mineral Ridge, OH. We offer a $12,500 sign-on bonus for qualified LPNs and $15,000 for qualified RNs who join our team, plus competitive benefits and an employee-owned structure.

Qualifications

• Must have valid LPN or RN license in good standing with the State of Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure quality resident care.
• Participate in ongoing training and adhere to facility policies.

Experience and Skills

Must have valid LPN or RN license in good standing with theState of Ohio. Prefer previous experience of at least one year in along term care facility, however will consider new graduates. Mustbe able to work as a team and have a knowledge of medicationadministration, treatments and overall processes in a long term care facility
