Job summary

Bellin Health seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for our West De Pere Clinic at 1800 Lawrence Dr, De Pere, WI. This is a part-time, 0.50 FTE position (20 hours per week) with day shifts from Monday to Friday and no weekends or holidays.

Under supervision, you will provide nursing care, document patient status, and educate patients with the health team. CMA certification is required at hire or within 3 months after graduation from an accredited MA program.

Qualifications

• CMA certification required at time of hire, or within 3 months if graduated from an accredited Medical Assisting program.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under supervision of Provider/RN.
• Record patient care and report changes to RN/Provider.
• Deliver basic health instructions and reinforce teaching by health team.

Job Description:

• Responsible for nursing care under the direct supervision of the Provider/Registered Nurse.
• Records patient care given and reports to appropriate person with changes in patient’s condition; consults with RN/Provider when uncertain about nursing or medical act.
• Provides basic health instructions and reinforces teaching by other health team members.

Qualifications:
