Job summary

Bellin Health in Green Bay seeks an LPN or CMA to provide nursing care at two Emplify Health clinic locations, under supervision of a Provider/RN. This 0.80 FTE, 32-hour weekly role splits time between East and West clinics, with shifts 6:00am to 5:00pm, no weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities include recording patient care, reporting changes, consulting with RN/Provider, and delivering basic health instructions.

Qualifications

• LPN or CMA certification required at time of hire, or within 3 months of hire if graduated from an accredited Medical Assisting program.
• Valid WI Driver's License required.
• Previous clinic experience preferred.

Job Specifics:

Location:800 Weise St, Green Bay, WI 54302 / 3251 S. Ridge Rd, Green Bay, WI 54304
FTE Status:Full-Time, 0.80 FTE
Work Schedule:32 hours per week (16 hours at the East clinic; 16 hours at the West clinic) - shifts will occur between 6:00am and 5:0pm, with shifts being 5 to 9 hours in length; Some variance with hours/scheduling to balance coverage between the two clinics; No weekends or holidays
