Job summary

Bellin Health in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for our nephrology clinic. This part-time role (0.60 FTE, 24 hours/week) offers day shifts from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays.

You will work under the supervision of the Provider/Registered Nurse to deliver nursing care and support patient education. Responsibilities include documenting patient care, reporting changes to the RN/Provider, and

• LPN license or CMA certification required; AAMA/CCMA certification required at time of hire or within 3 months if graduated from an accredited Medical Assisting program.
