Bellin Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for our Dermatology team. The role is full-time and will require travel between Oconto and Marinette clinics for the first 10 months, then a permanent placement in Green Bay.

The ideal candidate provides nursing care under supervision, documents patient care, and reinforces health instructions with patients. CMA/LPN credentials must be current or obtained within the allowed timeframe.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or CMA required at time of hire or within 3 months of hire.
• Travel required between Oconto and Marinette for the first 10 months, then permanent relocation to Green Bay.

Job Specifics:

Location: This role will be split between the Marinette & Oconto Clinics

FTE Status: Full-Time, 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week)

Job Description:

• Responsible for nursing care under the direct supervision of the Provider/Registered Nurse.
• Records patient care given and reports to appropriate person with changes in patient’s condition; consults with RN/Provider when uncertain about nursing or medical act.
• Provides basic health instructions and reinforces teaching by other health team members.

Qualifications:

• If Medical Assistant,AAMA/CCMA certification required at time of hire, or within 3 months of hire if graduated from an accredited Medical Assisting program.
• Travel required between Oconto and Marinette for the first 10 months, then transition to Green Bay on a permanent basis.
