Job summary

Bellin Health in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for Endo & Infectious Disease. This part-time (0.70 FTE, 28 hours/week) position offers day shifts 8:00am-4:30pm with no weekends or holidays.

Under supervision of the Provider/RN, you will record patient care, communicate changes in condition, teach basic health instructions, and collaborate with the health team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• LPN license in good standing or CMA certification required at hire or within 3 months of hire.
• Ability to perform nursing duties under supervision of Provider/RN.
• Proficient in recording patient care and communicating changes in condition.

Job Description:

• Responsible for nursing care under the direct supervision of the Provider/Registered Nurse.
• Records patient care given and reports to appropriate person with changes in patient’s condition; consults with RN/Provider when uncertain about nursing or medical act.
• Provides basic health instructions and reinforces teaching by other health team members.

Qualifications:

• If Medical Assistant,AAMA/CCMA certification required at time of hire, or within 3 months of hire if graduated from an accredited Medical Assisting program.
