As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct nursing care to residents while working closely with RNs, CNAs, physicians, residents, families, and other members of the healthcare team.
The LPN is responsible for administering medications and treatments, monitoring resident conditions, communicating changes to the appropriate clinical staff, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
