Job summary

ACG Hospice in Forest City is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for PRN night shifts (7pm-7am) to deliver compassionate hospice care under the supervision of an RN. You will perform patient visits, provide routine nursing care, and coordinate with the care team, patients, and families to ensure comfort and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a licensed practical nurse.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute care setting; hospice experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift 80-100 lbs.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a licensed practical nurse
• Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute care setting, or equivalent experience (hospice experience preferred)
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
