Job summary

ACG Hospice in Lexington, SC seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN Day Shift (7am-7pm) to provide compassionate hospice care under RN supervision. You will conduct patient visits and deliver routine care while coordinating with the care team, patients, and families to ensure meaningful, patient-centered experiences.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a licensed practical nurse
• Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute care setting, or equivalent experience (hospice experience preferred)
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient visits and provide routine care under the direction of the registered nurse.
