Agape Care Group in Lexington, SC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time night shifts (7pm-7am) in our hospice setting. You will work under the RN to conduct patient visits, provide routine care, and communicate with the care team, patient, and family. Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as an LPN.
• Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute care setting; hospice experience preferred.
• Other: Reliable transportation and ability to lift 80-100lbs.

• Conduct patient visits and provide routine care under RN supervision.
• Communicate clearly with the care team, patient, and family.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a licensed practical nurse
• Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute care setting, or equivalent experience (hospice experience preferred)
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
