Job summary

Agape Care Group in Lexington, SC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Community Hospice House on a part-time night shift from 7pm to 7am. You will provide routine nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse, visit patients, and support families with compassionate communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as an LPN.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute care setting; hospice experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation; ability to lift 80-100 lbs and assist patients as needed.

• Conduct patient visits and provide routine LPN care under RN supervision.
• Communicate with the care team, patient, and family to ensure compassionate care.

Part-Time Night Shift (7pm-7am)

As a hospice licensed practical nurse (LPN), you’ll work under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse to conduct patient visits and provide routine care, while communicating with the care team, the patient and their family.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a licensed practical nurse
• Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute care setting, or equivalent experience (hospice experience preferred)
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
